Mark offers private health coaching, Pilates & yoga lessons online and in London.

His belief is that a personalised approach is key to improving health and wellbeing long-term, so each session is designed around you and your goals.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

MOVEMENT

Trained in Pilates and yoga, Mark incorporates both disciplines into his sessions, challenging your body through strength and stretch. 

 

Whether the focus is on building foundations, improving core strength or complementing other workouts, all movement sessions are customised to your level and fitness goals.

NUTRITION

Mark is certified in nutrition coaching through NASM and has helped many clients when it comes to the tricky topic of nutrition.

​

Stripping away the myths, fads and contradictions, Mark will help you cut to the heart of how to track and improve your eating, tailored around your lifestyle and preferences. You'll never do a diet again!

MINDFULNESS

Improve your focus, energy and mindset through meditation and mindfulness techniques.

Mark draws on a diverse range of practices, including guided meditation, journalling, Yoga Nidra and more. In these sessions you'll dive deep into self-examination while emerging relaxed and rejuvinated.

WELLBEING

The key to improved health is taking an integrated approach and learning how it all fits together.

Mark will help you build the right habits and keep you accountable for long-term success and improvement, while always making sure that you are in control of your own body & mind wellbeing journey.

ABOUT MARK

Mark is a Scot by birth but has been living and working in London for over a decade. His own health journey began in 2016, and it is largely through his own experiences and mistakes that he has learned how to help others.

 

In the summer of 2018 he made the switch from corporate PR pro into holistic health teacher, undergoing his 200-hour training with Yoga London.

 

The following year Mark took his business full-time and has since expanded into Pilates, meditation and health/nutrition coaching.

 

He teaches weekly public classes at MoreYoga, Nuffield Health and Virgin Active, among others. As a corporate mindfulness coach he has led workshops at Google, eBay, Sazerac and Kin + Carta. When not leading classes and clients, Mark enjoys hitting the gym, with a focus on weightlifting.

 

In addition to teaching and coaching Mark is a published writer, with articles printed in The Evening Standard, The Stage, FashionBeans and PinkNews.
